Project BioEYES featured for nearly 25 years of impactful science education!

Dr. Jamie Shuda has spent nearly 25 years introducing students to science through Project BioEYES. What started in her own classroom has grown into a remarkable program to bring science into the lives of thousands of students across Philadelphia. Dr. Shuda’s work and BioEYES are a core component of the IRM’s outreach mission. Her programs are integrated into IRM events including our annual retreat and Elaine Redding Brinster Prize and Ralph L. Brinster Symposium.

You can read more about Project BioEYES, and it’s impact, in Penn Medicine News and Penn Today.

BioEYES continues through a combination of grants and philanthropy. A $20 donation can bring BioEYES to one young scientist. If you’re interested in supporting this amazing program, please consider making a donation here.
